President and Managing Partner

W. Rick Richards

30+ years in professional services, including nearly 20 years in business development and recruiting for staffing services within product development, engineering, IT and manufacturing organizations on a permanent direct-hire, contract-to-hire and contract consulting (staff augmentation) basis.  Strong and successful track record in both account development/management and hands-on recruiting. Proven success of managing and growing technology staffing organizations, both organically and inorganically. 


The recipient of staffing industry awards seven times, including “President of Club” and “Performer of the Year”  for a now $1B+ national staffing concern seven out of seven years, Rick graduated from the Texas Tech University Rawls School of Business – Magna Cum Laude – with a degree in Management Information Systems.

Previous experience includes 10 years providing technology and business strategy services in the Big 4 consulting realm with Accenture, PWC, KPMG and Ernst & Young. Rick spent an additional 6 years in condominium conversion and real estate development, including financing and sales as President/CEO of several California LLCs.
